Answers to your technical questions about our software, installation questions, or even non-technical questions about the use or features of your ExamMatrix CPA Review System are only a phone call away.

From 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, real people are available at 1-800-272-7277 x606 to answer your questions. If you are unable to call during those times, drop an e-mail to techsupport@ExamMatrix.com.

If all of our lines are busy, or if it is after hours, you can leave a detailed voice-mail message for our technical support department to answer your questions as quickly as possible.

Editorial Questions

If you have any questions about the content of any of our ExamMatrix Review products, please contact our Editorial Department at 1-800-272-7277, extension 607, or e-mail at Editorial@ExamMatrix.com. The best way to communicate with the Editorial Department is by e-mailing your question. This gives our staff an opportunity to examine and thoroughly answer your question.

If no one is available to take your call, leave a message with the name of the review product, the question number, and your interpretation of the problem. Someone will be with you as quickly as possible. You may also fill out the ExamMatrix Editorial Review Form at the end of the User Guide (Intro Volume) and send it in to ExamMatrix.
