There are several accountant certifications that will help up-and-coming and seasoned accountants bolster their careers. While many specializations do exist, the following are the best certifications that an account can get.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Earning a CPA allows an accountant to work for themselves, and new accountants earn as much as 10% more than non-licensed peers. When a CPA is earned, further career opportunities are available, and there’s a higher level of career security.
