The Inside Sales Representative position at ExamMatrix is responsible for generating new business by following up on ExamMatrix’s aggressive email, print, and direct mail marketing campaigns. This process involves handling inbound and generating outbound lead activities via telephone sales efforts. This individual will also be responsible for educating and demonstrating the ExamMatrix Exam Review Software by various online applications and conferencing tools to create value and new business. These responsibilities entail selling into small to medium accounting firms, internal audit and accounting departments of various small to medium companies. This individual will also be responsible for identifying potential multiple users and corporate sales opportunities. Travel may be required but should not exceed 10% of the overall work requirement.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

■ 1 – 2 years of inside sales experience
■ Call center environment experience a plus
■ College degree preferred
■ Multi-task between new business selling / prospecting follow-up
■ Work well with others in the organization and attend on-going training
■ Proven oral and written communication skills
■ Strong work ethic
■ Negotiation skills
■ Proven sales experience
■ Self-motivated
■ Ability to work well independently
■ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, IE, Word, Excel, and CRM platforms
